Nalani Battaglia

Nalani moved to Gilroy in 2009 with her husband and two daughters, who are both graduates of Gilroy HS.  Becoming part of Gilroy was a new journey, but Nalani and her family knew immediately that they had made the right decision joining this community.

She earned her BS in Foodservice Administration from CSU Chico where she has applied her degree working for Sodexo as a Child Nutrition Consultant for Gilroy Unified School District.  A partnership that has continued for almost 20 years. 

Nalani is a recent graduate of the Leadership Gilroy, Class of 2024 (Healing Paws).  She has served on the Board of Directors for the Gilroy Garlic Festival Association as well as been part of non-profit organizations that promote positivity, strength, and confidence in girls youth sports.
