Leadership Gilroy is a community leadership program designed to bring together people who care deeply about the future of Gilroy. Through the program, participants get a behind-the-scenes look at the organizations, industries and leaders that shape our community.

Throughout the year, the class explores topics like local government, public safety, agriculture, education, economic, development, and nonprofit work. Even more importantly, the program connects passionate individuals who want to make a difference.

Leadership Gilroy isn’t just about learning. It’s about building relationships, inspiring civic involvement, and developing leaders who are committed to strengthening our community. Many alumni go on to serve on local boards, volunteer with nonprofits, support community initiatives, and step into leadership roles across Gilroy.
